Ambraske...yep the Brabazon was a giant.  It would make a very interesting model.  Especially with all the mini electrics available now.  I don''m one of the younger members on this forum so you must foregive me my youthful ignorance)...
Anyway, that would also be a great model to build!

Cheers!

I made a whole set of fixtures with scrap MDF and magnets a while ago. They''s why I''re easier to remove or adjust without destroying everything else. In combination with the magnets they''t imagine winding eight motors before every flight!

l imagine a crew of several people just to hold the stooge down and 8 winders bumping elbows. .

l keep seeing the metal squares used in truing up a fuselage build. l can only find wood or plastic around my neck of the woods. BTW nice square fuselage so fare.

How do you like the magnet building board.  I find that the magnets are helpful with vertical alignment of parts.

I''ll be following this build closely!

Look forward to seeing this one come together... saw her in Long Beach, CA  amazing aircraft.  All in wood.  What a feat of engineering and construction.

Four years ago, a model of one won the giant scale competition at the Nats I believe.  I''s a link to Mike Stewart''s another pic from RCGroups:  http://static.rcgroups.net/forums/attachments/2/7/8/2/3/a3373248-230-8ins%2520Hu...
Go get em Ambraske
